All kinds of refrigeration units are one of the leading products of Xuemei company. The liquid reservoir, water-cooled condenser and dry evaporator used in the supporting units are important parts of the unit, belonging to the category of pressure vessels. In the past, such products were ordered, and the production cycle was affected. The quality of purchased parts and materials can not ensure the stable requirements.
In order to produce supporting units faster and better, Xuemei company applied for the production license of pressure vessels at the end of 2004
1. Entrust professional design institute to design the drawings of series products.
2. According to the "boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing supervision and management measures" and "pressure vessel safety technology supervision regulation", we organized and compiled D2 pressure vessel quality assurance manual, D2 pressure vessel management system and D2 pressure vessel procedure document, and formulated the quality management operation system for the production of pressure vessels. The quality assurance engineer of pressure vessel was appointed, and eight quality responsible persons for normal operation of each system of pressure vessel were determined.
3. According to the standards of provincial Environmental Protection Bureau, the company has purchased and built X-ray flaw detection room and special equipment, and specially trained professional technicians and welding engineers for nondestructive testing.
4. According to the requirements of the products, a series of important work such as plate butt joint, tube sheet corner joint, tensile and bending strength of welded test plate, pull-out force test of tube sheet were carried out.
After two years of preparation, the company passed the review of the national pressure vessel expert group in October 2006 and obtained the pressure vessel production license. In the past two years, the company has strictly implemented a series of standards, such as "capacity regulation", "GB150", "GB151", "JB / t4750-2003". From the incoming inspection of raw materials, marking transplant, storage and receiving of welding rods, to gold processing, welding, assembly, to water pressure and air pressure test, all processes are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the quality assurance system. In the manufacturing process of products, the circulation card is adopted, and the system of quality control point and stop point is implemented. This series of operation plays a key role in ensuring the quality of products.
Recently, the company specially ordered a vertical machining center for the processing of tube sheet hole and groove. The design of multi-channel close slot groove was adopted. After testing, the tensile force of copper tube was significantly increased, reaching 9.2mpa, which greatly exceeded the national standard, and the shift output was significantly improved compared with the traditional process. It has significantly enhanced the competitiveness of products in the same industry.
Through more than three years of continuous exploration and innovation, the company's pressure vessel products have formed six series, including Hitachi, AC, aw, AV, AZ, and two-stage. There are more than 100 types of liquid storage tank, water-cooled condenser, shell and tube evaporator, which have obvious advantages in cost performance in similar products. Each product has been supervised and inspected by the municipal special inspection institute, and the corresponding supporting data such as flow card transfer, pressure test report, nondestructive test report, as built drawing of the product are available, and bound into a volume, which has the traceability of various processes from the raw material entering the factory to the final pressure test. At present, the products can not only meet the needs of the company's various units, but also go to the market as a separate product, and gradually become a new economic growth point of the company.
